This is a three day hitting camp designed to increase your launch angle and maximize exit velocity to improve power in your swing. Do drills to learn to use your whole body when you swing.

About The Event
Participate in a Driveline, long toss and arm strength program. Work on pick off moves and pitching fielding defense. Also learn to properly throw a change up and curve ball.
